Isn't on-premise complicated to set up? +

Less than you think. HarmonyHunter runs on a standard virtual machine without dedicated hardware or full-time admin. Most teams are up and running within days. We help with setup.

What happens to our database if we cancel? +

You take it with you. Export your full candidate base at any time. Your data is on your server. We have no access to it.

$200 seems too low. What's not included? +

The license covers everything: unlimited candidates, full functionality, all user roles. The only thing separate is your server — which you already control.

We don't have an IT department. +

The system runs on a basic virtual machine that any hosting provider sets up in a few minutes. You don't need a sysadmin. We help during onboarding and stay available after.

What happens to our current candidate database during migration? +

We help you export it from your current ATS and move it to HarmonyHunter. Your data, history, and candidate profiles come with you. We stay involved until everything is in place.
